AfCFTA Secretary-General Calls for Investment in Africa’s Green Industrialisation at African Oil Week Energy 2025.
H.E. Wamkele Mene, Secretary-General of the AfCFTA Secretariat, delivered a keynote at African Oil Week Energy 2025 in Accra, Ghana.
He noted that Africa holds 7% of proven oil reserves, along with vast deposits of uranium, cobalt, graphite and rare earth minerals, resources that can underpin energy secåurity and long-term sustainability.
